BUGmania - A National Level Online Software Testing Competition

Hello Everyone,

STAD Solution again took initiative for IT Students and working professionals to come out of this quarantine with new skill new side hustle and knowledge.
We come up with the new exciting competition for all the Testers and who want to proceed with their career in Testing. 

To promote IT talent across India, we are land up with an Online Software Testing Competition – BUGmania. It is a platform for all the IT students and professionals to expose their talent and win the exciting Cash prize, Certification, and many more.

About the 'BUGmania'

It is a National Level Online Competition in which all students and IT professionals from different institutions and companies can individually participate. Participants have to find the BUGs from the below-mentioned Website.

The participant has to examine the website from all perspectives and think out of the box to find more unique Bugs. After identifying the Bugs, participants have to mention them all into BUG REPORT and submit it with us. 

Our panel of Software Testing experts will review all the bugs. On the bases of the below-mentioned criteria, the winner will be finalized.  
 

Criteria of Selection :     

• Functional Testing only consider.
• A number of Valid bugs.
• Format of Bug Report.
• Relevant Screenshot of the Bug.

Important Dates :

22th May 2020 :  Competition Start Date
22nd June 2020 :  Submission deadline of Testing Task
28th June 2020 :  Result Announcement Date

Step to follow to take part in the Competition.

• Analyze the website and find the bugs and defects
• Mention all the bugs into the bug report with appropriate screenshots. 
• Submit Bug Report - (Submission Link) before 22nd June 2020
• The result will be announced on 28th June 2020. 

Instructions and Rules of the competition

• Perform only Manual Testing (Bug through Automation will not consider)
• Bug Report should be in a precise Excel sheet format only. 
• Submit/ Upload your file (Bug Report) in Zip format only.
• Upload - The maximum file size of the Bug report is 100MB or less. 
• Entries before 22nd June 12 O'clock midnight only consider. 
• There are no age restrictions (fresher or experience both can take part in this)
• Duplicate Bugs will not be consider
• A jury decision will be the final decision.
